Steve was one of the most committed, caring, kind, and selfless people tennis was lucky to have. Steve has worked in tennis for decades, across the length and breadth of the Country and in a huge range of roles, helping thousands of people to thrive and enjoy the game. I was lucky enough to meet Steve as a coach and got to know him more recently through our tutoring. It was always an absolute pleasure to work with Steve, and also to enjoy our chats at breaks about the world outside of tennis. The rest of the tennis family and myself will miss him dearly.
